Institutional and donor-funded procurement

Public bodies in Uganda procure under PPDA rules, and donor-funded programmes usually add their own thresholds, competitive-quote requirements and reporting formats. We prepare documentation with those requirements in mind, including compliance certificates, itemised bills of quantity and delivery evidence per site.

General supply is the delivery of goods we already source routinely. Procurement covers the wider process — market research, supplier vetting, comparative pricing, import coordination, quality checks and delivery documentation — for requirements that are larger, technical or unfamiliar.

Do you support PPDA and donor procurement requirements?

Yes. We provide the compliance documents and itemised, comparable quotations that public and donor-funded procurement processes in Uganda normally require. Evaluation and award decisions remain entirely with the procuring entity.

Can you handle imported items?

Yes. We coordinate international sourcing, clearing and inland transport, and quote landed cost so the price you compare includes duty and delivery rather than surprising you later.
