Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to quotations, orders and supply contracts issued by Rennes Solutions Ltd.
Quotations
Quotations issued by Rennes Solutions Ltd are itemised and valid for the period stated on the quotation. Where no period is stated, quotations are valid for fourteen days from the date of issue.
Prices for imported goods may be revised where exchange rates, duties or freight costs change materially after the validity period expires.
Orders and acceptance
An order is accepted once we acknowledge your purchase order or signed quotation in writing. Specifications, quantities and delivery locations are as stated in that accepted document.
Delivery
Lead times quoted are estimates based on supplier and transport availability. Deliveries are confirmed by a signed delivery note at each drop-off point. Risk passes on delivery and acceptance at the agreed location.
Payment
Payment terms are as stated in the accepted quotation or contract. Payments are made to the bank account held in the name of Rennes Solutions Ltd; we will never ask you to pay into an account in an individual's name.
Warranty and returns
Goods are supplied with the manufacturer's warranty where applicable. Discrepancies in quantity or specification should be reported within seven days of delivery so that they can be corrected.
